Alexandre believes a successful communication is not just about great design but also about emotions and perceptions. As co-founder and director at Crealys, Alexandre develops the global vision of the agency and sets its strategic direction. Co-workers and partners describe him as a great communicator making the working process enjoyable, informative and inspiring. His knowledge-sharing culture moreover motivates him to mentor and challenge our designers to explore their creativity outside their industry. Before founding Crealys, Alexandre spent 7 years working in luxury hospitality marketing during which he learnt the secrets of luxury and complex branding systems. He occupied sales and marketing managerial positions for several leading hotel chains in Mauritius and, amongst other tasks, was in charge of launching the international group IHG’s first Intercontinental property in the Indian Ocean.

His fascination for design and architecture has given him great insight into luxury real estate branding, honing his skills as executive creative director for all real estate marketing projects, now a key specialty of our agency. When he is not in the office, his greatest pleasure is to spend time with his family.
